In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have introduced TEXO Remote Guidance Software.
This software allows us to carry out commissioning and troubleshooting tasks remotely.
How does it work?
1. Our technicians invite the customer through an email to get started and they can either choose to use a tablet or a smart phone.
2. The customer uses their device’s camera to show our technicians where help is needed.
3. Our technicians then take over the screen and can either show by “hand”, or by marking on the screen, how to resolve the issue.
